Section
First, make sure you are in the right section. So look for bikes in the bike section; tyres in the tyre section etc.
The names and descriptions of items have been supplied by the retailers and are not always presented in the best format for successful searching, so you have to try a couple of times to find what you want.
You can use more than one word in the search box, and these words do not need to be in any particular order.
However, search results will include not only products with your search word, but other items if your search word forms part of a longer word. To narrow down your search in this situation, add a colon (:) to the beginning, end, or both, of your search term.
For example - you are looking for a bike brand called Activ, but don't want to see every bike that includes the word 'active' in its description. So search using Activ:
You can also exclude some search results by using so-called negative (unwanted)keywords. Use a tilde (~) and then type the negative keywords. You will probably have to run a search first for positive keywords (i.e. a normal search) and then if you have many results that are irrelevant to you, note which keywords are a problem
For example: If you want 20 inch tyres, your search results could include many items with 20 in them such as 20c, or a year (2017,2018), or 20mm. So search again with all these unwanted terms added after the tilde as shown below: 20~20c 2017 2018 20mm 120 will get you mostly 20 inch tyres.

When you click on ’Show similar bikes’, a new search is actioned using that item product name. The search shows all items sharing the same name, and the item product name also automatically appears in the search box. To get the most out of this feature, refine your search by editing the search box text and run another search.
For example in the bike section: Cannondale Synapse Disc Ultegra SE 2018 Road Bike | Grey - 58cm. Click on 'similar bikes'. Refine your search to suit you eg reduce the search terms to Cannondale Synapse, and then re-run the search. All Cannondale Synapse bikes will be displayed so you can see the various models, sizes and colours in the Synapse range.
